PREVIEW

A useful starting point

Position size controls how much capital an idea can put at risk. In a simplified example, a ₹1,00,000 virtual account with a ₹500 loss budget and a ₹10 entry-to-stop distance permits 50 units before costs. A stop price is an instruction, not a guarantee of a fill at that exact price. Compare concentration, execution assumptions and total portfolio exposure.

Good market study separates an observation from a prediction and keeps risk visible.
